CHAUDRON TRELUHNE OF SELDRA
Leader of the Dralein colony on Seldra, the second moon of Bledraun, which was settled five hundred years before the start of Probability Shadow. His bright yellow fur is the direct result of the Seldran’s early experiments in genomic remodeling.
A humanist, scholar, and connoisseur of fine tea, Treluhne is also ideally suited to use the Probability Reader, or djorcrelul. This magnificently complex device, with its tiers of inscrutable ovoid substructures, was left behind by the Ootray, who once also inhabited Seldra’s many underground grottos.
The djorcrelul details the most likely outcomes of current events. Frustratingly, it couches its observations in cryptic statements, or a series of intriguing haiku.
